Humble Beginnings
ClickOnCare is a journey of consistency, growth, and care. This globally renowned store has its roots in 1BHK apartment, residential office cum warehouse. COC was founded in 2013, it was just in its testing phase back then, intending to find the right fit in the market of Personal Care & Wellness Products multiple customer segments were explored. By 2014 it transformed into a commercial unit succeeding the formalization and incorporation of ClickOnCare Retail Private Limited. With its expansion shifted from FMCG to Healthcare Industry with the Inception of the Marketplace Model and Recording 248% Revenue Growth. By 2016 COC crossed 1 Lac SKU’s with the tremendous growth of Marketplace & Inventory Model. By observation, COC was heading on the path of market trend the Healthcare Products became the primary segment building up to COC’s Niche – Skin, Hair, and Nutrition along with pollarding of FMCG products.
RISE OF COC
In the year 2018 Non-performing categories were shut down with the termination of the Marketplace Model. Cosmeceuticals, Derma Care & Nutrition became the specialty of COC replacing the Healthcare Products. COC rose to a well-equipped enterprise, from a team of 10 it had a full-time employee strength of 100 employees and 25+ interns. COC became profitable and recorded 1054% Revenue Growth.
