Harsha Solanki is a proficient professional with an experience of over 16 years in the industry. She is the Managing Director at Infobip, supervising India, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh and Nepal.
Harsha is an alumnus of Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies, from where she completed her PGDM in telecommunications & IT Management. She is a computer science graduate from Fergusson College. Harsha’s expertise in the Application to Person (A2P) messaging space has been proven by her eminent track record.
Harsha commenced her career as a manager of marketing & sales at Starcorp in 2005, she then joined Smart Wireless Pvt Ltd. as Senior Manager of marketing and sales in 2006 and before joining Infobip, her last venture was Bsmart Tech Pvt. Ltd as Country Head. Harsha joined as the Managing Director- India at Infobip in 2017.
Her work at Infobip is noteworthy. She quadrupled the turnover of the enterprise in the last four years. She is an influential leader with a vision of building Infobip as an engineering mitochondrion with its benchmark-defining CPaaS infrastructure and an innovation-centric perspective. She is presently working on strengthening the company’s leadership position by channelizing the demand of the ‘New Normal’ which will contribute to the company’s growth making headway in being one of the largest IT companies in Europe. With Infobip being on the right track under her administration, the company has launched three ground-breaking SaaS products this year with the widest range of programmable channels comprised of omnichannel contact center solution ‘Conversations’, bot-building module ‘Answers’, and customer engagement solution ‘Moments’. She oversees organization’s P&L, Administration, and People Management in India. Her proclivity to experiment and innovate, amplifies, and compliments the core values of Infobip, which is innovation, speed, and agility.
Harsha is an interior designing enthusiast which reflects on the design of her residence. She comes from the family of defense personnel and is married to an Army Officer of Indian Army.
